The Road Goes Ever On and On - J.R.R Tolkien

In an overpopulated world riddled with insecurities and social hierarchies, discovering your voice can pose quite a challenge. Surprisingly, this is something I resonate deeply with as an aspiring actor. That sentiment that my authentic voice holds little significance and that my words only hold meaning when they are coming from the roles I take on or the characters I wear like a mask.
In my role as an active citizen, I continuously scrutinize my perspective of the surrounding world and its occupants. I sit and listen to my peers discuss prominent conversation topics like politics and culture, but question whether the words I say or the values I hold mean anything about it. The intention of this blog is to untangle this very predicament. Through this platform, I aspire to delve into crucial concepts without hesitation. My aim is that you, the reader, will join me on this journey, finding something in my words compelling enough to spark thoughts, elicit comments, or invite critiques. While I possess a voice that I am still learning to wield effectively, I wholeheartedly welcome any and all assistance as I navigate this path.
